This week in PE, Maple Class focused on developing their teamwork skills through a series of exciting partner challenges!
The children worked closely with a partner to carefully match different body parts together, thinking about balance and communication. There were lots of giggles — but also lots of determination!
They then took on the tricky challenge of sitting back to back with linked arms and standing up together without using their hands. This required cooperation, listening and perfect timing. It was fantastic to see pairs encouraging one another and refusing to give up.
To finish, partners had to transport a ball from one side of the hall to the other without dropping it and while keeping in contact with it at all times. This tested their coordination, trust and problem-solving skills as they moved carefully and communicated clearly.
The hall was filled with positivity, perseverance and brilliant team spirit. Maple Class truly showed that when we work together, we can achieve amazing things!
