The Great Little Bake Off

This week, Maple Class had a sweet afternoon at our ‘Great Little Bake Off’ Stay and Play! We were joined by some of our lovely potential new starters for September and had a fantastic time getting creative in the kitchen.

The children decorated their own cupcakes and biscuits using icing, sprinkles, marshmallows, chocolate chips, and colourful icing pens — and even made their very own chef’s hats to wear!

Before judging began, Maple Class worked together to come up with fair judging criteria — each bake needed to have icing, be colourful, and include plenty of decorations. Everyone did such a wonderful job that it was almost impossible to choose a winner!

The children had a brilliant afternoon full of fun, creativity, and (of course) a few tasty treats. What a lovely way to welcome our future bakers to Maple Class!
