Making 5 in Lots of Ways!

During Busy Bee time, our EYFS children explored patterns and shapes using colourful Multilink cubes. They looked carefully at pictures and worked hard to copy the designs, making sure each one used 5 cubes.

Once they had built their patterns, the children counted carefully to check there were 5 cubes in total — sometimes spotting when they had added too many or too few! Everyone showed great concentration, problem-solving and pride in their work. Well done, Busy Bees!
