Hot seating in the role of Sidney.

In English we are reading the book ‘One Boy’s War’ to link in with our topic on WW2. Today we took on the role of Sydney (an 16 year old recruit) and asked him questions about his time in the war. The children used their knowledge to respond as Sydney and answer some tough, heart-wrenching questions.
