Today, Class One took part in an egg-stra special RE lesson all about Easter. We played pass the parcel, unwrapping surprises along the way - chocolate bunnies, mini Easter eggs and pictures from the Easter Story. Each discovery helped us explore how the Easter Story connects to new life and the season of Spring.
Afterwards, we worked together to sequence the story and retell it to each other - practising our oracy skills! To finish our lesson, we reflected in our RE Big Book, discussing the themes of hope, renewal and fresh beginnings.
