This week in PE, Maple Class have been continuing our Target Games topic. We had a brilliant lesson focusing on improving our throwing accuracy and aim.
The children played a high-energy game where they had to collect beanbags and discs and throw them back into their own team hoop. However, there was a tricky rule! They had to work with a partner to take turns, and if their throw missed the hoop, they had to run and put the item back. This meant they had to slow down and really focus on their aim rather than just rushing.
It was wonderful to see them cheering on their partners and showing great resilience when a throw didn't quite land on target. Well done, everyone!
