Birmingham museum trip

Class 2 visited Birmingham museum. While we were there we learnt about the history of the city of Birmingham. We also had great fun taking part in a Roman workshop where we learnt how to be a Roman soldier. It was fascinating to explore some real artefacts and look at replica uniform and weapons used in the Roman army. We were amazed at how heavy the armour was, especially the helmets!
