Today in RE Class 1 have explored what God’s message is in the Bible story ‘Jonah and the Whale’. The children engaged with the story and drew emoji faces showing the emotions they thought Jonah might be feeling at different parts of the story. They then had a class discussion and talked about what people can learn about God through stories and songs. Class 1 came up with lots of ideas which we added to our Big Book.
